Pay tribute to the history of our great nation at Independence Hall with a patriotic and inspiring morning of music, featuring Philadelphia’s own Tony Award-winning Hamilton actor Leslie Odom Jr., and a reading of the Declaration of Independence.

Jersey City Freedom & Fireworks Festival has music, a carnival, food trucks, and fireworks in front of the Statue of Liberty at Liberty State Park.
White House 4th of July by Pat Palermino
The White House Visitor Center is also open on the 4th of July from 9 am to 3 pm. Families can stop in for games, crafts, and other activities. As the evening approaches, there are many concerts you can plan to attend. The US Army Concert Band performs starting at 6pm at the Washington Monument and the National Symphony Orchestra plays a special concert at the Capitol Building at 8 pm.
